JMCRota was founded by Justin McNew, a creative and dynamic leader who possesses a unique mix of detailed technical know-how and a true heart for each client’s success. A wireless communication and ITS expert for over twenty years, Justin is an international speaker, a published writer in many leading-edge industry publications, a presenter at the World Congress on ITS and Consumer Electronics Show (among other events), and a multiple patent holder. He intimately understands the institutional and political aspects of moving technology from concept to market, and he has a keen eye for opportunity and growth for his clients. Justin is particularly passionate about supporting the integration of advanced communications technologies into vehicles and the transportation infrastructure to improve urban traffic and parking issues, increase safety, and reduce the carbon footprint.
